Eligibility & Process
Returns are accepted only for products that are incorrect or display any manufacturing defects. We shall not accept any products that have been damaged by your acts. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video and clear images of the product and packaging. You must email us at koshitajewel@gmail.com with your order number to notify us. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorised the return of the damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange for a pick-up of the said product. We shall either replace or exchange the product of the same value.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged products or packages. We are not liable for any returns if notified after the first 48 hours of receiving the products by you.

Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

No Refund Will Be Provided in the Following Cases:

Incorrect details such as address or mobile number provided from your end.
After 2 failed delivery attempts by the shipping aggregator.
Package refused by the recipient at the address mentioned.
Incorrect size order placed by the customer. 
We request you to review our size guide or get in touch with our customer support at koshitajewel@gmail.com if you have any questions before making the purchase.
Products returned in used condition or without the tags or actual packaging.
Minor color variations or design inconsistency from one batch of products to another may be there as all our products are handmade and bespoke.
If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
Customised or engraved products.
Nose rings and nose pins due to hygiene issues.
